Exciting.... but also vain.

Today after working out I was getting dressed and I happened to notice that I have some definition to my body. I can't believe it! I am so excited to be able to say that I am starting to see some of the definition in my arms. Now comes the vain part.. I decided to take a picture to prove it, unfortunately the pictures just don't capture the muscles very well, so I show it off. I hope nobody thinks I'm too conceited, I'm mostly proud!

    I had a hard time at first with this vanity vs. pride question but pride won out and here's why.....You see the results of your labor...you know what it took to get those muscles and you also know how great it is to feel the strength as well as feeling the looseness of your pants and sleeves...there may be friends we have who would think we're vain or nuts but not HERE, not this group of friends....we know what you've done and we're proud of you!...it's really hard to take a picture of our own strong arms or legs but it does show! Congrats!!
