2011 Fitness Goals

Alrighty I've made my list! On top of reaching my goal weight by the beginning of April (wow that's coming quick) I also have three other goals related to my fitness.

1. Run a 10k by April
2. Run a 8 mile race by June
3. Run a 1/2 marathon by October.

So I've started my training program, I workout 6 days a week with one rest day and alternate running with stretching or strengthening. Mostly my weeks look like this:

Monday: Yoga
Tuesday: Run
Wednesday: Yoga/Pilates
Thursday: Run
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Yoga
Sunday: Long Run

I found a great yoga dvd (the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga DVD) that combines weights with yoga. Not only do I get sexy long muscles and a good stretch, but I sweat like crazy!

Well, I better get working.
