Getting ready for the New Year!

I have just read the Four Day Win. I was very inspired by this book. Just more confirmation about taking things in small steps and working streaks.
So now that I have finished, I am starting back at the beginning and working the streaks.
This weekend I plan to set my goals for the year--this is also something I have to do for work--and both weight loss/management and work can use the same principles.
Bare with me my Spark friends will I re- adjust, learn from my mistakes and begin to create the new me--- A new me that I can live (and my family can tolerate :-) ), a new me with a life style that will stick and a new me that can look in the mirror and say "Look at you, I am so proud of what you have accomplished"
