I'm adding bodybuilding in 2011

I have decided to add bodybuilding to my routine in 2011. I will continue with my low-sodium diet and do bodybuilding to truly get the body I want. I have been working on this decision for about a month. I intend using a set of weights, dumbbells, and stretch bands to achieve the body I want. Of course, I will be walking, also, something I haven't done in a long time.
The last few weeks I went off my diet for the holidays, but with the New Year, I will be back on it. Full of confidence that I can do this, just like so many others have. I am starting slow, but that is the only way to do it if I intend to stay with it for the long run. I don't want to get too sore to work out.
I intend to go back to all natural food, also. I don't know what I am going to do about my neighbor though. She wants to eat every 2 hours and thinks she has to eat at my house. I am not talking about small meals or even diet conscious meals. She is mentally slow and I hate to hurt her feelings but I just can't have her doing that all the time. Besides I am getting tired of doing her dishes. But back to the bodybuilding I found an excellent site called bodyspace.com that helps you set up a profile and connect with other beginning bodybuilders. I can't wait to start my new life, so I have already started my weight lifting and watching my sodium and calories again. Good luck to all in 2011.
