Too many = too much!

Too many Christmas cookies left over from baking for the neighbors... = too many lunches of cookies and milk. (!!!!) (sigh) Felt yucky for a few days from too many sweets... Time to tone it down. Don't do new years resolutions... just need to remind myself of my goals. Wrote down in a new monthly calendar book, the weight I want to be at the beginning of each week. One pound less, then one pound less, then one pound less.

Sweet tooth won... now it's my turn!

    Freeze the rest and then only take one out when you want one, that way if the rest is still frozen you will not want another one after you get done with the one you took out. The key is to only take one out and enjoy it.
