Thinking about the new year

I love a new year! It's a brand new start on anything you want. Last year I finally lost 15 lbs. ( after trying forever) I have gradually gained 5 lbs of that back. So this year my resolution is to drink my water and stop the mindless snacking. (two things I have trouble with) I want to keep my weight healthy and continue to exercise and not obsess over numbers too much. Basically I want to keep moving in the right direction and not to backslide.
