Thinking about the new year

I love a new year! It's a brand new start on anything you want. Last year I finally lost 15 lbs. ( after trying forever) I have gradually gained 5 lbs of that back. So this year my resolution is to drink my water and stop the mindless snacking. (two things I have trouble with) I want to keep my weight healthy and continue to exercise and not obsess over numbers too much. Basically I want to keep moving in the right direction and not to backslide.

    Keep up the motivation and best of luck to you for the new year. I'm looking forward to the new beginning. Last year was such a successful year for my weightloss and my Spark friends were the key.
