Starting Over

Tuesday, December 28, 2010

It's time for me to start this journey over. Due to health issues, I'll have to do things a little differently than I did before, but I'm ready to get back on track. I've gained back nearly all of the weight I'd left behind. I'm tired all the time and feel blah.
I want to feel healthier again. I want to feel capable and confident again. I want to smile when I look in the mirror again. I'm ready to live a healthy lifestyle!

You are definitely not alone I need to start again I have not posted or tracked in some time and while I have not put it all back on I have not lost any either so I need to get moving forward again. The important thing is that we keep starting over and not just giving up. emoticon emoticon

emoticon emoticon It's so emoticon to know I'm not alone in this second, third, fourth time around journey. I've had to start over from injuries and now 3 surgeries so many times, I've lost count. And every single time I stop exercising, I gain the stupid ten pounds back. I weighed myself tonight (a total no no for me) and I'm 1 and half pounds over the ten pounds I had left to lose when I joined SP. I think I need a good kick in the butt and an attitude adjustment. Cause when I was down to under my goal weight, I was so happy to be able to eat whatever I wanted, and it just doesn't work that way. So welcome to my world, and I hope we can encourage each other to keep moving every day in some small way toward our goals! OKAY? We can Do this!!! B
