Wake Up Call

Well, I decided today to stop feeling bad or sorry for myself for feeling unmotivated to work out, and knowing that reading diet blogs or staying in bed won't help me get back in shape, I decided that I was in a good enough mood and had enough energy to work out this evening, so I did!
I did a little aerobics on my own and the 30 Day Shred. yes, I had to go to lower weights and knee pushups, but I stuck with it the whole workout!
The longer I put off the bad feelings of realizing that I lost some hard-earned muscle (and crappy eating I'm sure hasn't helped either) the longer it will take to see improvement. And while I only have less than 2 months until my wedding, I know that I can get tighter and leaner even in 2 months!
In other good news, my fiance got a job and we found an apartment that we will be signing a lease for on Sunday! It is sort of close to this nice gym run by the Kibbutz that owns the apartments. I hope that it will be close enough that I will actually go! Anyways it's near some nice HILLY running trails and it has a spare bedroom that I hope to use as workout space.
My fiance likes to walk for his workouts and I prefer something more intense, but hopefully we'll find ways to stay active together!
