Forgot 30 pounds loss meant new clothes...

I know, I know... How I did I not put one and one together to equal two. I have been truly thrilled that sparkpeople has been so successful in aiding me to lose nearly 33 pounds since August. But I forgot that those size 14 clothes would not fit my new lighter body. Luckily, I had a few size 12s, but I was totally unprepared for the massive amount of clothing I would need to purchase to fit my new body.
Since I am still looking to lose about 10 more pounds, I don't want to buy too many size 10 items (what if I go down to size 8?) just yet but I am committing to getting rid of all size 14s - TODAY. (I'm literally headed to my local Salvation Army this afternoon.)
In the past I kept them and I always needed them again at some point. I will not give myself permission to not stay committed to my healthy lifestyle.
Of course, I am also focused on paying off all of my credit cards by next summer so that leaves little money for shopping sprees. I am going to have to learn how to work the basics and buy a piece or two here and there to start rebuilding my wardrobe.
I am not complaining, but it's hilarious that I didn't even think about the financial implications of losing weight. Good thing I am saving all that money I spent on restaurants and takeout!
