Well, I got majorly waylaid last week with something like the flu. I had ZERO appetite (imagine that!) for several days. While I am feeling all better, I am just tired. I always want to sleep.
I don't feel depressed. Just tired, in a weird way. While my strength seems to have mostly returned, walking for more than 20 mins. wears me out.
I have also lost weight.
I have a fear that all the weight I lost was in muscle :(
It takes so much for me to build muscle, I'd hate to think that I lost it so quickly! I don't have calipers or a way of measuring though.
I hope to get my OOMPH back soon. The only thing I can bring myself to do these days is to try to walk throughout the day and incorporate some more walking in so that I keep the blood flowing and metabolism going. I really don't feel like strength training, which I probably need. Just doesn't fit with how I feel.
