Goals for this week and the New Year

So, this week, I'm going to concentrate on tracking everything I eat. A lot of times, I don't add every single thing that I eat. But I'm only cheating myself. So that's my goal for this week, along with working out at least 40 minutes six days a week.

For the new year, I plan on doing the 5K 101 plan. They have podcasts that I can listen to while on the treadmill at the gym. Also, I read another blog yesterday talking about the Flat Abs Diet for Women. I might look into that as well. Feel free to let me know what you think!
