I've Spiraled Out of CONTROL!!!

It's been a year since I've done any "real" workouts or have eaten right; etc. I'm almost back to where I started (190lbs)! emoticon

I decided that today, I'll start slow, so that by the 1st of the New Year I'll be able to be back in the swing of things - the RIGHT WAY! emoticon

I'm so disappointed in myself. I feel horribly fat and ugly. My attitude matches. It's a horrible feeling this way. emoticon

My treadmill is folded up collecting dust in the corner of my laundry room... guess it's time to get it out, dust it off and make friends again! emoticon

    So glad you are back and ready to get started living healthy again!

    First, forgive yourself. It is hard to do good things for someone you are mad at or disappointed in. Remember to tell yourself that you are WORTH it, that you are BEAUTIFUL, and that you LOVE yourself enough to make some extra effort to take care of yourself. Then start the baby steps. Drink the water, log in your food. Get a good perspective on where you are with your intake of both food and water and get moving. You don't have to wear yourself out all at once and get overwhelmed.
