Starting Over Week 3 of 10 Challenge: Monday

It's been 12 days since I've been on Spark People. That's how it usually works for me, something happens (this time it started with being sick), gets me sidetrack and I fail to get back on track, BUT not this time. So here I am starting week three over.

Cardio: 60 minutes

    Welcome back - I'm glad your 'hiatus' wasn't too long. :D
    I hear you on the being sick issue. Geez - being sick, holidays, work, family, stress, yadda-yadda-yadda for me. Can really throw me out of synch. My plan is for a really productive January - as far as the gym is concerned. Glad to know I'm not alone on this journey. And glad you're here with me. Have a Merry Christmas if I don't 'chat' w/you before then.
