So, I am on week 11 of p90x and have lost about 6 lbs and an inch off my hip, thigh, and arms but not my tummy. I now have cute little chicken legs and slimmer arms with a weird pouch on my lower stomach. Now I know that you can't isolate your weight loss to one specific area but it is really bothering me that I seem to be tightening up everywhere but my lower abs. Is there something I can do?! Should I be taking water pills or eating less sodium? It is seriously raining on my weight loss parade and giving me a complex... maybe it's just me being too critical of myself but I can't stop thinking about it! Help!
