1. 45 minutes cardio M, W, TH, F
Monday: Elliptical and Bike
Wednesday: Walk w/friends
Thursday: Treadmill Run and Bike
Friday: Outdoor run
2. Strength Train 3X
3. Limit sweets to only 3 days this week.
(This one is going to be HARD since it's the week of Christmas. I gotta try, though!)
4. Check in on Spark every day this week.
