Progress Pics week 2 (added a new pose)

So last week was TOM. This week I've lost a whole pound lol The weight isn't really doing much but as I said before it's not the number, it's the body. I'm feeling STRONG and loving it.
I started a new workout this week so I've really only got 2 days on this new plan to really show on this weeks pictures. Regardless of any visable changes we'll see below, I can tell you this, I'm feeling muscles being worked in places I've obviously been missing lol I LOVE it!!
Today I'm feeling my obliques, shoulder blades, and BOOTY. I'm anxious to see how much of a change I'll see next week now that I've changed up my workouts. Special thank you to my awesome friend who gave me a helping hand with the workout changes (you know who you are)!
I'm keeping up my water intake (minimum of 10 cups/day). I had one bad eating day (Saturday) and I worked out 5 out of 7 days this last week.
Onto the pictures, please let me know what changes you see. I know what I'm feeling and changes are definitely occuring
Oh and I thought I'd add a "flexed" pose. I see a little bicep muscle wanting to come out!!
