should be sleeping but felt guilty...

I should be sleeping since the baby is sleeping but I was on here reading blogs about everyone exercising. I felt so guilty I didnt do my leslie dvd today. So i just turned it on at 11:30 at night and did 2 miles of the 5 on her fat burning dvd. it was only 25 minutes but I figured its better than anything. You can keep wondering what its going to be like to lose weight or you can do something about it. I at least started doing something about it. I do like seeing the scale going down everytime I get on it!
THis week has been a struggle trying to find time to do everything. Sometimes i have to remind myself to eat. I started doing my in home massage appointments (sometimes i can take my baby with me) then taking care of the baby, and trying to find time to do the laundry.. .granted i wasnt even gone 3 hrs today going to an appointment but doing everything else i took a nap when my husband came home. I feel kind of bad since we didnt really spend to much time today for a conversation. Tomorrow is another busy day Im just going to have to try to find time for my dvd.

    Don't be so hard on yourself! Two miles is great. Even if you just do 1 mile or even squeeze in 5 minutes, that's something. Instead of feeling guilty, try to focus on what you have accomplished.

    GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK! Take care of yourself! Just focus on the basics for now! Make certain you're eating properly & getting enough rest. Squeeze in the exercise when ya can...but don't do it at the expense of your health. It's not worth it!

    I think it's great you did some of the DVD. Everytime we move it makes a difference. Even if it's not as long as usual. Good job. We can not stop working out because the old habits will come back. emoticon
