I have had some really busy weeks with many things going on. I am sure many can relate. I am disappointed that I have not been logging me food. I also have completely stopped walking and my elliptical. I really want to get back to walking because I feel so good doing it. I am hoping to get back into some good habits. I am fighting to lose those 5 lbs. I am still at only 4lbs lost. I really want those 5 lbs.. Then I really want those 10 lbs. I just want to get on a momentum to were it is like and avalanche and I can't stop the process. I know this can happen.

    One pound at a time is easier for me to think about than 5 or 10. Once you are back exercising and tracking food, it will happen for you!

    I know about being busy and needing to make the time to take care of myself. Hopefully you can lean on spark friends for support and encouragement!
