Week plan... 13/12-19/12

It's the last week of college before the christmas holidays. So I definitely need to make weekly plans a habit otherwise the lack of structure will mean totally horrible weight gains...
And my weight has gone really high (138-ish EEEEEPP)!! I need to stop it from climbing any further. I really want to get to 134lbs this weekend...
* Salad, salad, salad, salad, salad, salad, salad....yep now it's defo. in my head, my heart shall surely follow...
* When having lunch at college (Mon,Tues,Fri), take in fruits to deter any cravings for junk
* NO JUNK, none whatsoever
* Stay within 1300-1500 but aim for 1200ish cals
* Have breakfast every day...
Monday: *Walk to college and back
*Have to revise so no gym =(
*Walk to work from college
* Walk from work to home
*Go to gym after Bio. class, take gym bag with me. Burn 500 cals. min.
* Go to gym burn 500 cals. min.
* Walk to college
* Gym burn 1000 cals min.
* Gym for one hour, try to burn 400 cals min.
