Food, food, everywhere you look, everywhere you turn, every commercial. This will be a hard week! We have a dinner at our Pastors home Tuesday, Going to Prairie Rose Friday, that's a dinner theatre. We paid for it 2 months ago. Pastors wife always serves high carb, high calorie food. She means well, likes to entertain. So more time on the treadmill and with the Wii fit.

Hey Girlfriend......I tell you what. Before you leave for the party.... just sit down and visualize your favorite meal...then picture yourself eating it five or six times.You will be surprise. Try eating something healthy before you go so you are not starving when you sit down with temptation. I also eat very low fat all day long if I know I'm going to have a big dinner where the calorie counts are high. Then exercise like crazy to burn off the excess, lol. Good luck! 3726 days ago

Tis true - this is the season to eat?? lol or at least it seems that way. During this time, I just like to remind myself that I can eat things, but I need to have them in portions. I just hate the feeling of completely forbidding myself from certain high carb, ect foods..I say eat some, in moderation of course and portion control, and get that exercise on!
