I love breakfast!

Yes, I really do. Especially since I discovered Eggs n' Oats (thanks Rachel_Mac!!!)

One of the great things about living in Israel is that oh-so-healthy, antioxidant and fiber-rich pomegrantes are plentiful and cheap!

I was halfway through breakfast and was inspired to take a photo of my Eggs N' Oats topped with pomegranates. It was just beautiful.



I also usually top off my pancake with just a little bit of blackstrap molasses. It's slightly sweet and is a great source of iron!

A hearty breakfast helped me get through the day, though I only packed a salad and yogurt for lunch, so when I headed out of the office at 4:30 p.m. I was hungry!!!

I stopped for a slice of pizza (not great but I was super hungry) and was proud of just having one slice. I still have about 500 calories left in the bank, so I'm doing well, even though I'm skipping out on yoga tonight because it is REALLY REALLY blustery outside!

Can't wait for breakfast tomorrow!
