Roadblock on the Fitness Road

My fitness routine has been pretty standard for the last 3 years: 30 min. yoga every morning, 1 hr. Jazzercise 3 days a week, walking 2 mi. 3 days a week. So far it's enabled me to stay at my goal as long as I stick to logging in my food and exercise every day on Sparkpeople and staying within my calorie range consistently. However, I've run into a roadblock on my fitness routine.
I've had bronchitis and asthma for several weeks now and have been unable to get out in the col d weather for my walk and have had to miss Jazzercise one day so far. I'm taking a steroid for my asthma which the doctor says may increase my appetite. I'll really have to be extra careful not to overeat and try to get in more exercise inside to make up for not being able to walk outside. So far, I'm able to do my yoga each day and hope to get back to Jazzercise next week.
I don't plan to let this roadblock keep me from maintaining my fitness level. Sparkpeople is more important than ever to help me stay on my journey.
