17 days and counting

17 days till my husband and I leave Alaska on vacation to Miami. It is a surprise vacation for him but since he does not know about spark people I can post it on here to get some of the excitement out.

I restarted my isagenix in prepereation for this trip. I just did a cleanse day on Wednesday and Thursday this week. Wednesday morning I weighted in at 269. But my summer clothes were bought for under 250 because I actually got below 240 this summer.

So Wednesday I was 269, today is Friday morning and I am 259. That is a ten pound loss in 2 days. I love isagenix cleansing and wish I could do more than just the two day cleansing.

I have two bottles of cleanse left and plan on taking this weekend as shake days and doing a Tuesday and Wednesday cleanse next week if anyone wants to join me.

Then my next cleanse days will be the 23rd and 24th of December and since my family does not celebrate Christmas as we are Bahai's and celebrate AyyamiHa in February instead I won't have any big temtations.

I am so excited to be going on this trip though that I just want to explode in excitement. My husband work christmas party is also tonight and the last time that we went the food was pretty healthy choices and when I follow the line after my husband I do really good (because he is diabetic).
Tonight I am thinking of trying on one of my old dresses to see if they fit yet and surprising him tonight by showing up in a fancy dress.

We shall see.....

I just found your blog and will follow it to see how you are doing.

I have a friend who has been on Isagenix for years and she says she wishes she could cleanse for more than two days in a row.

We don't celebrate Christmas, either so we don't have to deal with all them temptations either.
