You just never know...

About two weeks ago, my daughter showed interest in going to the Toby Mac concert that tonight in Pittsburgh.

First, she's never been to a concert before, so I'm thinking, "Who does she plan on going with?" When asked, she replied, "You, of course." Well, that was surprising, sort of. Then I told her to ask her father and see what he thinks. He told her, "Be blessed and go have fun."

Okay, so now I have to get tickets, right? The following day, she goes to piano lessons and her instructor tells her about a local pastor that already has tickets. This is getting better... I call the pastor and not only does he have two tickets for us, but they are free as part of a community outreach. Plus, they have four tour buses leaving town to take us.

God is amazing! Even in the little things. I was more than willing to pay for tickets. I would drive into Pittsburgh (no big deal for me, but my night vision since Lasik's surgery isn't the greatest). I was excited to spend the evening with my precious daughter. Now, He blessed us with tickets and I don't have to drive into the city. His awesomeness truly leaves me speechless!

Oh, and we are going to grab Subway before we meet the group, since we don't want to eat whateven might be there. :) Looking forward to it!

Happy Friday to all!
