I have taken off from exercising this week (I don't know why- I have just felt like a slug) and today I got back on the treadmill. I feel great after working out. Why is it so hard sometimes just to start the exercising session? I always feel better afterwards and am glad I did it. I just find myself procrastinating. I wish I could be more like my dog. Whenever he sees the leash and my head phones on, he starts jumping all four feet off the ground, he is so excited to go. I just wish I could cultivate that excitement at the beginning somehow.
