I have been eating pretty well. Food choices have been good most days. working out most days, even if it has only been 10-15 minutes at a time.
But I must say when I am sick--as currently, I have a very hard time to back on track, even when I start to feel better.
I need to add more veggies to my meals or snacks. I need to find away to increase my motivation. Really I thought that once I started losing weight, I would not have such a problem, but that truly is not the case.
I will note more later as I wrap my mind around how to increase what I am doing right....
