...aren't much better than Mondays, but they don't suck quite as bad 'cause they're one day closer to FRIDAY! Busy, busy, busy at work today...being a School Nurse is NOT all bandaids and bellyaches, I GUAR-AN-TEE! So many viruses and other "bugs" going around...still seeing the occasional strep throat, too. I don't think we've had any more flu cases (had 2 or 3 before Thanksgiving)...unless we've had some and I just haven't been informed by the parents. LOTS of viral pharyngitis--not strep, but still nasty red sore throats. I must wash my hands forty or fifty times during the school day...no wonder they're so dry! But so far, I've only had to take one half-day off sick this year. Got my flu shot last week, too--haven't missed a year getting it in at least 11 years now. So far, I've never had the flu. Coincidence? Maybe...but better safe than sorry! LOL! (SP really needs an emoticon for handwashing and getting a shot, dontcha think?)

Too funny, Joshy had Mrs O'Brien call home today (after I played for the choir and he sang for over an hour), he wasn't feeling so great. Miss was sick yesterday, and when I was doing some photocopying her teacher thanked me for not sending her. Apparently Mrs Donahue (the choir master) got barfed on yesterday. Yeah, so they are looking at any kidlet that isn't feeling great and saying...."GO HOME"!

    Hugs to you my friend:)

I went to the Bodies exhibit when we were in Vegas. They had a model that had had knee replacement sugery... I thought of you. Those things are super awesome. It looked bionic. You're going to be unstoppable.
