Scales are moving again!

I knew if I kept at it the scale would move again...in a possitive way! Another lb lost!!! I've all but stopped watching TV, all they show is food! The other day they showed the same chocolate chip cookie ad again and again. I was almost ready to go make some!! But I held firm, reminded myself how bad that would be. My dh even suggested we make cookies to give to people. I said NO! I asked him if he could see that cookie dough, and smell them cooking without eating them? He said no. So guess what? We didn't make cookies.
