Weightloss Maintenance

I'm offically on the weight watchers maintenance plan!! If I maintain my current weight for 6 weeks within 2 pounds up or down I will become a lifetime member and no longer have to pay the weekly fee!! I feel pretty confident that I will meet this goal as well. I feel maintaining the weight is the hard part!! I have no problem with losing the weight because once I make up my mind that I'm going to do something then it's done!! Here are a few of my favorite quotes that I found myself relecting on during my weightloss journey:

What are stumbling blocks and defeat before you, can be stepping stones to victory if you remain determined.
