Fear of Commitment

I've noticed a trend in my life...
Not fun. Going nuts. Feel useless because I can't finish anything or follow through on my projects.

So, I've been doing more soul searching and am working on discipline this week. Well, hopefully more than this week but right now I'm just thinking about today.

I've been a little lax with being a vegetarian but I've brought that back around this weekend. I know my sugars are getting out of hand again so that's being brough back within good limits. I'm also going to work on eating more raw foods to help flush everything out and keep away from processed foods.

Exercise, every day. I talked myself out of it this morning. *hangs head low* but I will have time later and I will do it later today.

I also have been procrastinating on my homework which is eating up my weekends and I can't enjoy my time with my kids so I wrote down my assignments this morning and I'm creating a plan of what I'm going to do when so I can have it finished by this weekend so I don't have to worry about it. :D

Time to go get ready for work. I'm working an extra day or two lately and it's driving me nuts but my paychecks are making it worth it.

Just as an FYI, I gained the weight I had lost back. Big surprise there. That's what happens when you give up.

Hey now, I know what you're going through. I had a lot of soul searching to do after my grandfather died two years ago, as well as when I got married. My relationships lasted 3 years tops, the down spiral would start at 1.5 years, and it did with my marriage, but with a mind change, prayer, and some serious turn around in my attitude, we are happier than ever. Although it takes times, takes courage and takes understanding and strength for each day, I did it. We have a long way to go, to be one of those *so inlove* married couples, but we are having fun, we don't fight as much and we stay were sorry more often.

Not finishing projects was me completely, even to this day I stop things, but I've found I don't do it as much as I use to. I'll have 3 projects, from 3 different activities tops now. Sewing, cross stitching, etc. as for getting the old projects done, take one at a time, pick up, complete it no matter how long it takes, don't let yourself go to another thing till it's done, you'll get so mad that you'll complete it cause you want to get it done, but then you've gotten it done!!! LOL

As for food, well we all have our downfalls, baking and cooking runs through my blood, so I have to really watch what I make. I've found this wonderful website ... Has great recipes, low carb, low fat, low calories, vegetarian, it's wonderful, desserts too, you should check it out, and they are sooo flavorful, trust me I've been cooking from this website for two weeks now and it's amazing. You'll find something everyone likes...

YOU CAN DO IT... Take one step at a time, don't get down on yourself, and make sure you tell yourself, *self you can be lazy tonight when I'm sleeping* when it comes to not wanting to work out, or if you can do it, play with the babies, put some music on and dance around the house, they love it and it gets your heart rate up fast!!!

I'm here for you, you are doing wonderful!!! I'll pray for you, for strength, for change, for focus and for love!!!

    Loves & Hugs,
