Starting a small streak

Monday I started a streak. I hope that it will be a long one. My plan is to do a WATP workout everyday. At least a 2 mile walk or a 1 mile Jog. I have two days so far and today will make 3. I am determined to make it at least a week without a break. I really need this to get me back on the downward spiral. I have been either at a standstill or gaining. But I have changed my eating habits back to "preholiday" and am trying to get back on track with my exercise as well. I will cross my fingers and keep on moving, and just maybe if I am really lucky I will start seeing a change in the scales!
