I lose sooooooooo slowly that I have no choice but to refocus or fail. I get so frustrated by the lack of movement on the scale and usually feel defeated and backslide. Now I realiza that I am becoming more healthy regardless of what the scale says. I am doing cardio at least 3x/week and plan on upping it for this challenge and adding strength training. I eat so healthy - vegetarian and mostly organic whole foods which is why I find the slow weight loss so frustrating. I am just going to stick with it as eventaully something has got to give and let's face it, it's better than the alternative: gaining even more. I found this great mantra on bemorestubborn's page: Be More Stubborn than the Scale. I've adopted it and it really helps. That scale will not beat nor defeat me! I intend to come out the winner in this battle. Meow, Cats, I am getting ready to rumble!
