So on Wednesday (12-1-2010) I had my fitness evaluated. I thought it might be a good idea to finally get a baseline ;). So this is what I found out.
Weight 200 pounds (ick)
Waist 33.0 "
Hip 46.5 "
Waist/Hip Ratio 0.71
Blood Pressure 128/82
Resting HR 70 bpm
Max HR 186 bpm
Body Fat % 32.2.
Fat Weight 64.4 pounds
Lean Weight 135.6
This puts me at to big. I really need to lose some of that fat. But at least my waist.hip ratio is good.
Aerobic Capacity (MaxVO2) 39.9 ml/kg/min
This puts me above average for women in my age group yah!
Pushups (girl style) Excellent
Grip Strength Well above average
Partial curl-up Excellent.
Sit and reach 20" Above average
So overall I am doing pretty well. I just need to get my body fat down.
So for next year, that is what I want to work on.
