Day 14 - 28 Day Bootcamp Workout

Day 14 - Halfway through!

I did Day 7 of the videos...and boy are my abdominal muscles THE weakest part of my body! It's no wonder I've been having trouble with my sciatic nerve lately. A nurse friend of mine told me that people have trouble with their sciatic nerves because it is compensating for weak abdominal muscles. It stands to reason when I had so much trouble with today's workout!

I'll just have to keep at it.

    I have not had back issues since I worked to build up my core. The plank is my go to regular go to exercise. I am sure you will discover the same thing. emoticon emoticon
