Where have I been?

I haven't been logging onto this site for a while, but I've still been practicing all the good knowledge I learned from this site. Over the holidays I had a lot of people notice how much weight I lost since they last saw me. That made me feel pretty good.
I've been experimenting with new foods. I'm trying to branch out from the meat and potatoes. I found that I'm more willing to try new fruit than I am vegetables. However, I found that changing a soup by adding a new vegetable helps with that.
Anyway, I've still been losing, but it's been more slowly than I'd like it to be. I wanted to get back on here, get more motivation, get more information, get more deflation!

    Glad you made it through the holidays with such great success and compliments! I'm just the opposite, I'll try new veggies but not a big fan of fruit. I like your idea of adding them to soups though. I've been trying different variations of fruit smoothies to get in my fruit.
