I have been sick for an entire month. I'm telling you what - God's plans sure make me scratch my head sometimes. I have gained back all that I lost with my personal trainer. I have lost all of the fabulous muscle that was just starting to build on my frame. I am back to square one and back to 166 pounds.

Step One: Today I will track my food.
