B. Waist Measurement: check tonight
C. Strength training: 2 days a week minimum
D. Eat Healthy Dinners 6x week
E. Sleep 7 hours a night 3x week minimum

0/5, no kidding. I will not beat myself up about it. I will do better tonight. (Yikes!)

    Tracking is the first step toward success! I keep making adjustments too. I like that you promised not to beat yourself up about it. I have problems with that. It's one thing I'm really good at! Ugh!
