New Weight Watcher Program

I gained two lbs this week. No surprise because I didn't track my food intake Thanksgiving weekend. I went to Weight Watchers today and they have rolled out their new points plus program. The biggest difference is that all fruit and some vegetables are 0 points. I have mixed feelings about the program. The foods that I have enjoyed eating have increased in point value. I know that they are wanting us to eat healthier but I am afraid it is becoming a diet. I lost 40 lbs on the old program because I was able to taylor it to my own lifestyle. I am a grab and go type of person and I am really having a time trying to figure out what to eat for breakfast. I am at the gym by 6:00 a.m. so there is no time to fix anything. Oh well, I'm going to give it a try. Wish me luck!
