november review and december goals

Well, I did not make very good noted for November. I did exercises almost very day but never really mark them down.. Okay so my goal for December is to focus on teams. I join the 5% wintersChallenge. I am doing the Challenge + Motivation = Weight Loss December challenge. On the wii exercise team I am doing the Santa mall challenge. Also on the Wii Fit Challenge I am doing their weekly challenge. By focusing on team challenges I think I will lose some weight and pck t up some good ideas. I am also on the ((( SSV ))) Sassy Santas! Team/. Winter 5% Challenge Commitment - I will exercise daily for a minimum of 30 minutes for the 56 days of the challenge. I don’t knows what diet I will used since it always changing because of mom. I can’t cook what mom won’t eat. . I will check in with my team and their spark pages as much as time and my computer permit. daily and leave a comment on the Discussion Board. I will try to encourage and motivate to the best of my ability all my fellow cats and all my sparks pal. I think I will always be overweight so for now my weight lose goal is 147. I just think at my age it better to be healthy than underweight. It is very hard for a menopause woman to lose weight. If I let out any team I am on it don’t mean I am not on them anymore it just mean I am at work and need to get off the computer. If you know what I mean.
