November blog: I'VE LOST 6.8 POUNDS THIS MONTH.......

I've tracked most of my meals this month (a couple days I was mad at DH-devil husband- and stayed elswhere) and have been sticking to 1600-1800 calories a day, and I've managed to lose weight! I hardly did any exercise, although I know I need to get back with the program, I was hardly hungry, and if I wanted CHOCOLATE, I did so in moderation. I am pretty happy with my new web site "start your diet.com". I do miss my friends here, not a lot of "games and chatting" going on over there, but I am soooo happy it is working for me!
