One Good Choice.

One Good Decision.

One Healthy Meal.

One Intense Sweat Session.

One Minute of Happiness.

All of these single events add up to be a healthy and happy life.

I am working on living for today and taking life one step at a time.

We are working on fixing our house. It needs A LOT of work... but we will get there, one step at a time!

Today is the last day of November and I feel healthy, strong, skinny, beautiful, and loved. What else could I ask for?!

My goals for November were:
1000 Fitness Minutes - 1,137 total in November DONE! emoticon
3000 Crunches - 3,215 in November DONE! emoticon
750 Push-Ups - 805 in November DONE! emoticon
Lose 5# - Started at 156.4 and ended at 153.0 for a 3.4# loss! I am happy with that!

Measurement Comparison:
Belly = 31" (-1.5")
Chest = 39" (-2.5")
Arm = 12" (+.5") I can see the added muscle definition!
Thigh = 22" (-1.0")
Butt = 39" (-1.5")

Belly = 30.5" (-.5")
Chest = 38" (-1.0")
Arm = 12" (+0.0")
Thigh = 21.75" (-.25")
Butt = 39" (+0.0")
~Inches Lost since 11/1/2010 = 1.75"
~Inches Lost since Start of SP = 25"

I am seeing HUGE changes in my muscle definition from the added Strength Training and Muscle Conditioning!!!!! emoticon

Now on to December's Goals:

1,500 Fitness Minutes emoticon
Lose 5# emoticon
Only 1 Day over Ranges = Christmas! emoticon

And on to Today's Food Blog.....


Microwave Pancakes with Trader Joe's Agave Syrup and 3/4 Banana

Mid-Morning Snack:

Coffee w/ Milk & Sugar and 2 Clementines


Brussel Sprouts, Pea Pods, Turnip, Rice, and a Roll

Mid-Afternoon Snack:

HoneyCrisp Apple w/ Herbal Vanilla Chai Tea
