Needing a kick in the rear

I feel really bad that goals that I've set have not been kept on a daily basis. Feeling like I'm letting my team down and myself. I'm trying to pull up my boot straps and get with the program for these last 5 weeks of the challenge. I'm hoping to lose 2 lbs a week so I can at least get a few lbs off of me that I evidently gained over the last few weeks. I don't know how but I have. So, here's to trying to keep it clean and within healthy boundaries!
