I'm back and ready to start fresh!

Well I ended up being sick for the entire week of Thanksgiving! Ok this is what I didn't do:
Track my food (at all), eat 3 fruits and 2 veggies everyday, continue with my exercise plan, do any ST, go to Thanksgiving parties, do as much cardio as I had been, or or or. . .
I didn't gain!!
What I plan to do now:
GET BACK ON TRACK!
I feel better now and I'm ready to start back with my goals!
1. get to onederland! (at 205 right now)
2. track everyday! (regardless of how much I eat)
3 continue drinking my water as I have.
4. continue my exercise routine.
5 do some core exercises every am. (sit ups, etc)
6 do 100 push ups by the new yr. (at least make a good stab at it)
7 and enjoy the holidays with my family! (not stressing over my wt)
