Workout Soundtrack

So, I thought that I would put in the soundtrack that I've been walking to every night. I follow the beat of each song, and the placement of the songs are such that a fast song is usually followed by a slower song. Yes, this is a soundtrack that I use when writing about a certain character, but it worked so well for fitness that I've sort have adopted it as something to strive for.

This is approximately 6 miles at an average speed of 2.5. Some songs are way more challenging than others. At the moment, I get really winded at Through the Fire and Flames, but that's a goal of mine. :)
