Lose 6 lbs by the new year ok How?

Track there are 33 days till the new year so My goal is 30 days of tracking.

Exercise well with my hip issue I will do 3 day cardio and 5 days of 10 st exercises 2 set each.

water 4 20oz containers every day.

No more than 2 diet soda's daily.

Blog at least 30 of the 33 days.

I have made some great goals what do I get in the end! well weight loss for sure but the reward is a new work out bra. I really need one.
