For Now

Since I can't afford the tests to get a diagnosis right now I figured out that I would try to work harder on something that I can do. I know weight is an issue and it's something I need to take care of asap. So, I'm going to try and lost 30 lbs for now. Once I reach that goal I'll make the next but that will get me back to where I was last year.

One thing I'm going to do is try walking every day. I know that many programs recommend walking and even some of the tv shows where diet people (like the diet doctor) have their clients walk an hour or more a day in order to work on losing weight. It's not going to be the only method but it's a start.

Time to start doing something about it.
