Turkey & Black Friday madness!

Wednesday, November 24, 2010

I am being honest with my tracker and anyone who reads this. I am not losing weight even with oodles of exercise (200 min of exercise today). Yesterday at lunchtime, I started with candy and finished the bag (the night) with even more, UGH!

However, I just tracked all the nastiness and deleted the healthiness that I had originally planned.

Tonight I really want to stay on track before the turkey & black friday madness!

It's okay, don't beat yourself up. That is why God gives us everyday new fresh day. Just strive for the big picture, do better than yesterday and repeat. I think it's fantastic that your getting all that exercise. Just think what would happen if you didn't. Hang in there and maybe find a new hobbie to spoil yourself.

Way to be honest. Take one day at a time and don't give up. You can do it!

You can do it! This is your life-and one day or one month of not so great choices won't hurt you too much. Good luck and I cannot wait to read more about your success again.

I hope you have been doing well otherwise. :) :)

It has been a bad week for me too. Not only do I allow myself to be sabatoged by those around me as well as doing by myself there have been times I really didn't care. Fortunately, that hasn't lasted long and we have each moment to make a new choice. We learn, and continue to move forward.
Be kind to yourself, and the urges to be healthy will soon be stronger than those which want to undermine us.

Honey I hear ya. I hate to say it, but I've been especially bad this week. On Sunday I ate nothing but cake, cookies and chocolate candy....maybe a yogurt for protein. Good for you on tracking everything. I am working on that aspect. Have a Great Thanksgiving!
