Day 9 - Confession

It's only 1 p.m. and I have eaten a lot today. I ate some cookies, some chicken wings, and had burger king for lunch. I went to the gym this morning and hit the treadmill, determined to have a healthy day (I had been doing well this week so far). But then, cravings began to hit and I....lost control, I guess. I'm going to squeeze in another hour of circuit training tonight. I'll feel much better. But I'm going to remember how crappy I feel right now the next time I want to binge. Because feeling the way I'm feeling right now is no joke. I hate this feeling of remorse and guilt. Feeling like this is not worth the food I ate earlier.
