Plank exercises are great for the core muscles. I can do plank exercises and hurt for two days afterward.
You're definitely working every muscle in your body and looks like you get some good stretches out of it too! I could use some good stretching moves, especially for the lower back, which is where most of my pain is concentrated after i sit for long periods of time.
I've done breathing exercises in the "corpse position" to relax my mind and body and every time, have fallen asleep! :)

Awesome, I hope one day I could do these things as well as you are. You are doing some of the poses I did the other day except I also did one called thread the needle. I got injured and am now on muscle relaxers and pain killers and I am afraid of yoga now :( 3280 days ago
