Week 8 Challenge -- Let's Get Physical! Part I?

I actually recorded this last week, and hadn't had a chance to upload it since my half marathon. So I will blog about the race later..it went really well!

    I like it and can do it, but it is so long and if I have to struggle remembering stuff I drop it.. Great your good at it, but I get frustrated if I loss it...

    Hey, when you go into down dog, are your heels touching flat on the floor? I can't get from up dog to down dog without repositioning either my hands or feet.

    Hey! It's been a while since I've seen your blogs and I am blown away! Your face is looking so great!! You seem very relaxed and not stressed! What did the trick for the acne?? Maybe you've already blogged about it and I missed it. That's just so awesome!
    How is everything? Work, school, etc?? I am so excited to start doing real exercise again instead of just walking. I can't believe you did the half marathon!! I'm excited to see your report on it and find out what time you got and everything!!

    Plank exercises are great for the core muscles. I can do plank exercises and hurt for two days afterward.

    You're definitely working every muscle in your body and looks like you get some good stretches out of it too! I could use some good stretching moves, especially for the lower back, which is where most of my pain is concentrated after i sit for long periods of time.

    I've done breathing exercises in the "corpse position" to relax my mind and body and every time, have fallen asleep! :)

    I'm glad your enjoying the yoga...you're doing great!

    Definitely blog about the marathon...interested in hearing about that!

    Awesome, I hope one day I could do these things as well as you are. You are doing some of the poses I did the other day except I also did one called thread the needle. I got injured and am now on muscle relaxers and pain killers and I am afraid of yoga now :(
