L- Hormel Turkey Chilli...brrrrrrr
Shred low-fat Cheese, Green Tea (iced tea).. been drinking my green tea again.
S- Cheese on Wheat Crackers
D- 3 Wheat Crackers, tsp peanut butter, Cheeseburger on Wheat toast
S- Few pieces of dried pineapple and dried banana chips..(good)
